Position of optional Data in the Data Buffer

In accordance with the line addresses assigned by XILINX to the Reset Polarity settings, this data is placed at the following addresses:

For devices XC1718, XC1736 and XC1765 these would be the four bytes following the address 2000h, For devices XC17128 and XC17256 these would be the eight bytes following the address 8040h.

The values 00000000h or 0000000000000000 respectively represent OE High - and RESET Low-active.

The values FFFFFFFFh or FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFh respectively represent OE Low - and RESET High-active (state of delivery of device).
