Position of optional Data in Data Buffer

The Reset Polarity settings data is stored in four consecutive bytes immediately after the last data address in the device. For example, in the 37LV36, this would be the address 11B8h. Another example would be the 37LV65, in which case the address would be 2000h.

The value 00 00 00 00h stands for OE High - and RESET Low-Active.

The value FF FF FF FFh stands for OE Low - and RESET High-Active (The default manufacturer's setting for the device).
