Display
The display represents the screen that all windows are rendered to.

Levels (00)
Allows multiple (up to 9) levels to be linked together. The player can passed between levels.
Actions:
Entry Point (Levels00_Entry_Pt) - Entry point of a level (player will start here)
Exit Point (Levels00_Exit_Pt) - Exit point of a level.

Trigger (00)
Handle "triggers". Triggers can be used to activate/deactivate other
objects like doors, lifts, particle generators, etc.
Actions:
Basic Trigger (Trigger00) - Basic trigger object
Trigger Volume (Trigger00_Volume) - Trigger volume object
Trigger Removable Object (Trigger00_RMObj) - An object (wall, sprite, item) that vanishes on a trigger
Trigger Toggle Object (Trigger00_TogObj) - An object (wall, sprite, item) that can toggle on and off on a trigger
