On the left side of the window ("Command List") you have a great selection of instructions.
After having selected an instruction, you can see its current shortcut on the right side. Within the text window"New Shortcut" you can determine a new one.
Pressing the button "Assign" the newly given shortcut will be saved, if you use "Delete", an existing shortcut will be deleted.
Using "Load Shortcuts" and "Save Shortcuts" the current shortcut settings can be exported or imported.
